Shelly and I are doing a complete remodel of our Ocean Front condo in Ocean City, MD. Currently, when you walk in the entrance, you are in a den. There is a hallway and to the left is the kitchen, to the right is access to the bedrooms and bathrooms. We're taking down walls that separate the kitchen from the den, and opening it all up. The den will become the dining room, the kitchen will be open with an island, and the living room will be 9' longer because of moving the dining area to the current den. Both bathrooms are being remodeled. The hot water heater is being moved from the laundry closet to the closet in the 2nd bedroom to make room for full size washer/dryer. The vanity in the master bedroom is being remodeled to include cabinets around the sink.
We're getting luxury vinyl planks installed throughout the condo, and the popcorn ceiling will be covered with drywall with recessed lighting. TVs will be mounted in the living room and both bedrooms.
We're very excited by the progress and can't wait to see it completed. Here's a photo of the current layout:
